Product Description:

This single-component, moisture-curing polyurethane foam sealant offers high expansion and adhesion, ultra-low thermal conductivity, low water absorption, and superior insulation. It provides excellent waterproofing, thermal insulation, soundproofing, moisture retention, seismic resistance, and compression resistance. Once cured, the product remains crack-free and corrosion-resistant over time, capable of filling and bonding diverse materials across various structural components. It offers simple application, rapid curing, strong workability, low cost, broad applicability, high expansion ratio, and fine cell structure.

Applications:

- Fixing, bonding, filling, and insulating/waterproofing various door and window frames.

- Sealing, insulating, heat preservation, leak sealing, and void filling for all types of pipes.

Waterproofing, insulation, and edge sealing for walls, roofs, and cladding panels. Bonding, filling, and insulating various indoor objects.

Usage Instructions:

◎ Normal operating temperature range: +5°C to +35°C.

◎ Surface dries (non-tacky) within 10 minutes after foaming; cuts cleanly after 60 minutes; withstands heavy loads after 4 hours.

◎ Cured product withstands temperatures from -30°C to +80°C.

◎ Bonds to all building materials except polyethylene, polypropylene, and polytetrafluoroethylene.

◎ Cured product should be protected from prolonged UV exposure. Exposed areas after trimming should be coated with mortar, lime, paint, or varnish for protection. Cured product is non-toxic to humans.

◎ This product complies with the Montreal Protocol, being 100% CFC-free.

Precautions:

◎ Avoid direct sunlight. Storage temperature must not exceed 49°C (120°F).

◎ Cans contain pressure. During transport, do not store in the driver's compartment; place in the trunk.

◎ Do not spray directly onto flames or hot surfaces.

◎ Ensure adequate ventilation at the application site; smoking and open flames are prohibited. This product exhibits strong tackiness before curing. Wear protective gear during handling. Uncured foam can be removed with polyurethane foam cleaner, thinner, or acetone. Cured foam requires manual removal.

◎ Keep the canister out of reach of children. If foam comes into contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water or seek medical advice. If it contacts skin, wash with soap and water.

Storage Life:

Store upright in a cool, dry place at 20°C. Use within the expiration date.
