This product is a single-component, moisture-curing, multi-purpose polyurethane foam sealant. It offers excellent value for money and has a wide range of applications. It features pre-foaming, high expansion, minimal shrinkage, good foam strength, and high adhesion. A 750ml (900g) product can cover 22 linear meters, saving you time, effort, and money.
Advantages:
1. 80% pre-foaming rate (compared to post-foaming products, this saves 30% on overflow trimming costs);
2. High expansion, capable of filling 3.5-4 windows (750ml/900g product covers 23 linear meters);
3. Shrinkage rate below 3%, with excellent elasticity and no deformation;
4. High closed-cell density, high viscosity, waterproof and insulating;
5. High foam strength and excellent adhesion ensure secure bonding between door frames and walls;
6. Stable foam ensures smooth door and window operation;
7. Quick and easy installation reduces labor costs;
8. Available in tube and gun formats to meet diverse needs;
9. Resists insects and mold.
Application Temperature:
Normal operating temperature for material can: +5°C to +35°C
Optimal operating temperature: +18°C to +25°C
Humidity Tolerance:
Normal operating humidity: Above 45% RH
Optimal operating humidity: Above 60% RH
Note: As single-component polyurethane foam cures with moisture, surfaces must be sprayed with water when air humidity falls below 45% RH. Failure to do so may cause burning or excessive foaming.
Applications:
1. Door/Window Installation: Sealing gaps between doors/windows and walls, securing joints, bonding exterior walls, etc.
2. Soundproofing/Noise Reduction: Filling gaps in soundproof rooms, broadcast studios, etc., for acoustic insulation.
3. General Repairs: Filling voids, cracks, repairing wall/floor tiles, flooring, automotive soundproofing, thermal insulation, filling cavities, etc.
4. Waterproofing & Leak Sealing: Repairing leaks in water pipes, drains, etc.;
5. Packaging & Shipping: Conveniently wrapping fragile goods for time-saving, shock-resistant, and pressure-tolerant transport;
6. Advertising Models: Crafting models, sand tables, and repairing display boards;
7. Horticultural Landscaping: Floral arrangements and garden landscaping for lightweight, aesthetic applications.
Important Recommendations:
Before using polyurethane foam adhesive, carefully read the hazard labels and instructions on the product label.
Excess uncured foam can be cleaned with a specialized cleaner.
Cured foam can only be removed mechanically.
