Product Features

Single-component, neutral-curing high-performance silicone sealant; exhibits excellent adhesion to most metals and non-metallic materials without contaminating surrounding environments; cured elastomer provides outstanding electrical insulation, temperature resistance (-60°C to 280°C), aging resistance, and UV resistance; exceptional flame retardancy meeting Class V-0 standards.

Primary Applications

1. Sealing solar panel frames;

2. Bonding solar panel junction boxes;

3. Sealing solar lighting fixtures.

Application Instructions

1. Clean grease, dust, and scale from bonding surfaces with a cleaner. Allow surfaces to dry completely before application.

2. Apply sealant to bonding areas, forming a continuous, fully filled bead. Trim excess sealant promptly after application.

3. Use entire contents after opening whenever possible. If not fully used, squeeze out cured portions before continuing application.

4. Ensure full contact between the bonding surfaces and sealant during application; avoid voids or bubbles.

Application Guidelines

1. Surface temperature during application should not exceed 50°C (122°F).

2. Users must conduct compatibility and adhesion tests prior to use to confirm the product meets construction requirements for the substrate.

Safety Precautions

1. Maintain excellent ventilation in areas where sealant is applied.

2. If uncured adhesive contacts eyes, immediately rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention.

3. Keep product out of reach of children during storage and use.

Storage and Transportation

Solar panel sealant is non-hazardous. Store and transport in dry conditions between 4°C and 27°C. Shelf life is 9 months.
