Product Features:
1. Exceptional flame retardancy; does not support combustion when exposed to open flames and self-extinguishes without fire.
2. Neutral curing, suitable for most building materials without adverse reactions or corrosion.
3. Excellent adhesion; achieves superior bonding and sealing performance with most building materials without requiring a primer.
4. Cured material exhibits outstanding weather resistance, aging resistance, UV resistance, ozone resistance, and tolerance to extreme temperatures.
5. Provides good elasticity and resistance to displacement deformation.
Primary Applications:
1. Bonding and sealing for fire-rated doors and windows; flame-retardant sealing for curtain wall layers.
2. Flame-retardant sealing for glass installations in doors and windows.
3. Fixing and flame-retardant sealing for electronic and electrical components.
4. Fireproof and moisture-proof sealing for decorative applications in public spaces.
Usage Instructions:
1. Conduct material compatibility testing before use to ensure the product meets substrate requirements for application.
The recommended ratio of sealant strip width (A) to thickness (B) is 2:1.
2. Surfaces contacting the sealant must be clean and dry during application.
3. Cut the tube opening, then evenly squeeze the caulking gun into the joint. Ensure the sealant contacts both sides of the joint thoroughly to fill the gap completely.
Application Notes:
1. Not suitable for structural bonding or assembly.
2. Not suitable for surfaces that exude oils, plasticizers, or solvents.
3. Not recommended for enclosed spaces or surfaces directly contacting food or drinking water.
4. Avoid application when substrate surface temperature is below 4°C or above 40°C.
5. Not suitable for bonding materials containing copper or copper alloys.
Shelf Life:
Store in a dry environment below 27°C (81°F). Shelf life: 9 months.
