Product Features:

1. Single-component, neutral-curing formula for easy application. Exhibits excellent extrudability and thixotropy within a temperature range of 4–40°C.

2. Provides strong adhesion to most building materials.

3. Superior weather resistance, aging resistance, UV resistance, ozone resistance, and high/low temperature tolerance make it an ideal weatherproof sealing material.

Primary Applications:

1. Suitable for sealing gaps in various system doors and windows.

2. Perimeter sealing for indoor/outdoor glass, tiles, decorative materials, walls, floors, ceilings, baseboards, and other joints.

Application Notes:

1. Not suitable for structural bonding or assembly.

2. Not suitable for surfaces emitting oils, plasticizers, or solvents.

3. Not recommended for enclosed spaces or surfaces directly contacting food or drinking water.

4. Avoid application when substrate surface temperature is below 4°C (39°F) or above 40°C (104°F).

Shelf Life:

Store in a dry environment below 27°C (81°F) for up to 9 months.
