YA-9000 is a one-component, neutral-curing, high-displacement silicone weatherproof sealant suitable for high-rise, ultra-high-rise curtain walls, large panel glass, aluminum panel curtain walls, steel structure main curtain walls, and other construction applications

With excellent bonding and sealing properties, similar to most building materials, and also featuring good elongation, water tightness, and other functions;

It has extremely high resistance to displacement, ensuring that the product maintains its performance without change during normal expansion, contraction, and shear deformation of curtain walls, effectively providing a sealing function;

It exhibits outstanding performance in high and low temperature resistance. After curing, it remains flexible, hard, and crack-free even at -30℃ low temperatures, and does not soften or degrade at +90℃ high temperatures, always maintaining good strength and elasticity

Main Applications

 Suitable for weatherproof sealing of high-rise and ultra-high-rise curtain walls;
