Product Features:
1. Two-component, neutral-curing silicone structural sealant with high elasticity, high modulus, and superior performance.
2. Achieves excellent adhesion and sealing performance without primer on most building materials, featuring good elongation and watertight properties.
3. Cures into a cold-resistant, heat-resistant, non-corrosive elastomer with outstanding weather resistance, aging resistance, UV resistance, ozone resistance, and high/low temperature tolerance. Environmentally non-polluting.
4. Component A is white, Component B is black. Mix A/B at a 10:1 volume ratio (12:1 weight ratio) to produce a black sealant.
5. Excellent compatibility with other Yong'an neutral silicone sealants.
Primary Applications:
1. Secondary bonding and sealing for insulating glass units;
2. Structural bonding and sealing for glass/aluminum curtain walls, glass skylights, and metal structures;
3. Various other architectural and industrial applications.
Usage Instructions:
1. Thoroughly mix components A and B before application. Users may adjust the mixing ratio (volume ratio 8:1 to 12:1) to modify curing speed as needed.
2. Avoid application when substrate surface temperature exceeds 40°C (104°F) in high-temperature outdoor environments.
3. Conduct material compatibility testing prior to use. Proceed only after confirming suitability.
4. Surfaces in contact with the structural adhesive must be clean and dry during application.
Application Notes:
1. Not suitable for surfaces exuding oils, plasticizers, or solvents.
2. Not recommended for frosted or damp surfaces.
3. Not suitable for areas subject to prolonged immersion or year-round moisture.
4. Component B reacts with atmospheric moisture and must not be exposed to air for extended periods.
Color and Packaging:
Color: YA9100A is white, B is black; mixture of A and B is black.
Packaging: YA9100A is supplied in 200L iron drums (net capacity 190L), B in 20L plastic pails (net capacity 19L).
Shelf Life:
12 months when stored in a dry environment below 27°C.
