Product Characteristics

YA-9800 is a two-component, neutral-curing silicone structural sealant featuring high strength, high elongation, and medium modulus. It is suitable for high-rise and super high-rise curtain walls, large-panel glass, aluminum panel curtain walls, steel structure main curtain walls, and other architectural applications.

Adjustable curing speed, rapid deep curing, short curing cycle, and mechanized application facilitate construction progress.

Neutral curing provides non-corrosive properties to building materials like metals and coated glass. It exhibits excellent adhesion and sealing performance with most building materials, along with good elongation and watertightness. Superior weather resistance ensures a service life of up to 50 years under typical climatic conditions.

Exceptional high/low temperature resistance: Remains non-brittle, non-hardening, and crack-free at -30°C after curing; resists softening and degradation at +90°C, maintaining consistent strength and elasticity.

Component A is white, Component B is black. Mix A/B at a 10:1 volume ratio (12:1 weight ratio) to produce a black compound.

Shelf Life

Store in a dry location below 27°C (81°F). Safe storage period is 12 months.
