Product Characteristics

YA-358 is a single-component, high-adhesion, high-hardness polyurethane adhesive that cures neutrally at room temperature upon exposure to moisture. It is solvent-free and shrinkage-free. This product exhibits high bonding strength with various building materials, offers low-temperature resistance and aging resistance, provides excellent surface paintability, and is easy to apply.

Primary Applications

Remove grease and other contaminants from profile and corner bracket connection areas. Then spray a small amount of water into the cavity or onto the corner bracket.

Apply corner joint adhesive evenly to the joint opening and inject into the cavity.

Insert the corner bracket and secure it with a corner jointing machine.

Clean any overflowing residual adhesive with a dedicated cleaner before it cures.

Safety Precautions

Direct contact with uncured sealant may irritate skin. If sealant accidentally enters eyes, immediately flush with copious amounts of water and seek prompt medical attention.

Shelf Life

Store in a dry location below 27°C (81°F). Safe storage period is 12 months.
