MS-518 Silane-Modified Polyether Sealant is a single-component, moisture-curing silane-modified sealant specifically designed for wall joint sealing and industrial manufacturing applications requiring surface coating. It offers excellent weather resistance and surface paintability, making it suitable for a wide range of uses.

Product Characteristics

Low modulus with high recovery rate, particularly suitable for high-movement joints;

Environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and non-corrosive;

Excellent weather resistance;

Strong adhesion to concrete, metal, and other substrates (primer may be required);

Cured surface is paintable with strong compatibility to coatings.

Primary Applications

Suitable for joint sealing in industrialized concrete panels for residential buildings;

Ideal for interior finishing applications such as bonding and sealing floors, tiles, and wood;

Provides excellent adhesion to exterior wall panels including sandwich panels, fiber-reinforced cement boards, aluminum sheets, aluminum-plastic composite panels, steel sheets, and polycarbonate sheets without staining or sagging.

Suitable for joint sealing and bonding on walls requiring painting;

Suitable for bonding and sealing automotive side windows and protecting weld seams;

Suitable for bonding and sealing metal panel joints in elevators;

Suitable for general bonding and sealing in other industrial products.
